Gnendy Indig is a second year OB/GYN resident at the University of Vermont Medical Center . She hopes to apply for a Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology fellowship after residency. As a queer intersex person she aims to improve the standard of care for intersex and transgender patients through advocacy, research and educational projects.
Current Project(s):
Evaluting Sexual and Reproductive health in Intersex/DSD people, with Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome and 5-Alpha Reductase, who have undergone vaginal- inclusive childhood pelvic and genital reconstructive surgery
